General terms of sale:
Sales and delivery terms below apply with all deliveries from DANISH DIVERS A/S.
Terms apply, unless else has been specificly agreed between you as customer and DANISH DIVERS A/S.
Documentation and user guides
If documentation and user guides is available for the goods, these will be included with the shipment.
If you need further information or advice, you are more than welcome to contact us by phone or mail.
Delivery
All goods is shipped through Post Danmark. Charged freight fee equivalent to Post Danmark's current tariffs.
Stock items: Denmark 1-3 days of delivery. Rest of europe 6-10 days of delivery. (delivery cannot be guaranteed, since we are not responsible for the transport.
Orders will as far as possible be shipped out same day, as we receive your order. Though we reserve the right of delay. You will receive an email as soon as you order has been shipped out.
Items not in stock: Denmark 6-10 days of delivery. Rest of europe 10-14 days of delivery. (delivery cannot be guaranteed, since we are not responsible for the transport.
We order items not in stock, by our supplier as soon as we have received your order. Though we reserve that items can be backordered by our supplier. You will receive an email as soon as you order has been shipped out.
Risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased at DANISH DIVERS A / S is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Complaints
Any errors or shortcomings in the supply, must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to clarify and upon request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, please promptly contact us by phone or email, and we will guide you through the problem.
Examination Fee
We reserve to charge a fee for reviewing complaints as part of our products is technically complex and can be damaged by improper operation. This is not the subject of the limitation law. The fee will cover our costs associated with the error investigation. You will always be informed about the fee and its size in that we receive your complaint.
Pricing and payment methods
In this shop you can order your items online and pay by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB). All prices incl. VAT. The amount deducted only when we send the goods to you.
Right to withdrawal
DANISH DIVERS A / S provides the right to withdraw within 14 days, valid from the day you receive your goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which is marked as "special production", as these will only be made when we order them from our supplier and adapted to your particular camera. This implies that we are unable to provide withdrawal of these products.
By withdrawal you are obliged to return goods in same condition and quantity as it was received. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which have been tried out or been used, since we do not have the opportunity to resell a product which has been tried out or been used.
You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
